DARE TO BE YOU

Release the shame. Reclaim your truth. Come home to yourself.

Let’s start from here…

about me

ABOUT ME

I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to recognize you and guide you back to yourself.

My name is Koosha Goodarzi (Koosh Good), and I work with people who look strong, driven, and capable on the outside…
but feel disconnected, restless, or unclear on the inside.

If you’ve ever felt like you have so much potential, so much energy, so much desire to live fully
but something inside you feels off, scattered, or out of alignment…

I know that place.
Because I lived there.

My story

MY STORY

I was always active. Into fitness. Into growth. Into becoming “better.”

I pushed myself physically.
I pushed myself mentally.
I wanted freedom, purpose, adventure, and a life that felt meaningful.

But underneath all that movement… There was a quiet disconnection.

My mind was always on.
My energy was high, but not always grounded.
I moved between discipline and chaos.
Between confidence and confusion.

There were parts of me I didn’t fully understand, especially around my emotions, my identity, my sexuality, and how I actually wanted to show up in the world.

Growing up between cultures, there wasn’t much space to explore those parts of myself safely.
So I did what many of us do:

I kept moving.
I kept performing.
I kept pushing forward.

Until eventually, I realized:

Strength without connection still feels empty.

THE SHIFT

Everything began to change when I stopped trying to “optimize” myself…
and started learning how to be with myself.

Through breathwork, nervous system regulation, men’s work, and deep inner exploration, I began to reconnect to parts of myself I had never been taught how to access.

Parts that felt.
Parts that softened.
Parts that didn’t need to perform.

And what I discovered was simple, but life-changing:

There was nothing wrong with me.
I had just never learned how to feel safe in my own body, emotions, and identity.

That realization is what I now offer to others.
